BOBO IS DEFINATELY THE FIRST NON AMERICAN TO HOLD THE OFFICE. HE HASACCOMPLISHED ABSOLUTLY NOTHING POSITIVE DURING THREE YEARS PLUS. WORSE THAN CARTER. HE IS A TRUE CHICAGO CAPONE DON. ALL THE FALSE PROMISES AND CLOSED DOOR MMETING AND BRIBES WILL NO BE FORGOTTEN ELECTION TIME.
