Tyrants Using Children as Props and Propaganda

godfatherpolitics.com — President Obama surrounded himself with children as he issued a series of Executive Actions to stop gun violence, none of which will actually stop anybody hell-bent on murdering.

If you can’t make your case without props, then you don’t have a case to make. Politicians are mostly about theater. The goal is to bypass the head and go for the emotions. You can get almost anybody to flinch emotionally if you tell a heart wrenching story about a child. The murder of 20 children at Newtown was tragic. A simple and cost-effective solution to protecting soft targets like schools is for parents to fund the placement of one or two trained armed guards. This simple remedy will do more to protect children than all of the 23 Executive Actions signed by the President.

The media and the President are blaming law-abiding gun owners, and they are using children to grease the skids of public opinion. Dickens did it with Tiny Tim in A Christmas Carol. Supporters of the NRA are Scrooge, and Tiny Tim represents all the children of America.

Adolf Hitler was the master of using children as props for propaganda purposes. The number of posters and other images showing Hitler with children is astounding.

Hitler portrayed himself as a father figure representing the Father Land. In time, some children actually turned in their parents who expressed opposition to Hitler.

“Hitler’s children were taught to distrust each other and to only trust Hitler. Any person deemed ‘suspect’ was to be immediately reported to Hitler or one of his assistants by letter, phone call, or through other means, so that such ‘rebels’ could be effectively ‘dealt with.’”

One of President Obama’s Executive Actions is to enlist Doctors.

“Doctors and other health care providers also need to be able to ask about firearms in their patients’ homes and safe storage of those firearms, especially if their patients show signs of certain mental illnesses or if they have a young child or mentally ill family member at home.”

So now children are qualified as psychiatrists? Who gets to define “mental illness”? Is being a member of the NRA a “mental illness” in the eyes of the State?

The Soviet Union’s Stalin, Germany’s Hitler, China’s Mao Zedong, Cuba’s Castro, North Korea’s Kim Il-sung, and Venezuela’s Hugo Chávez understood that children are the future.

The long-term goal of these tyrants is to create unyielding loyalty to the State so there will be limited conflict in the future. Hitler was upfront about the ultimate objective. The following is from William L. Shirer’s book The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich:

“When an opponent declares, ‘I will not come over to your side,’ [Adolf Hitler] said in a speech on November 6, 1933, “I calmly say, ‘Your child belongs to us already. . . . What are you? You will pass on. Your descendants, however, now stand in the new camp. In a short time they will know nothing else but this new community.’” And on May 1, 1937, [Hitler] declared, “This new Reich will give its youth to no one, but will itself take youth and give to youth its own education and its own upbringing.”[1]

Why are young people adopting a liberal, politically progressive ideology? Because they’ve been taught to think this way from the crib to college – 6 hours each day, 5 days a week, 10 months of every year for 12 years.

The real problem is not guns; it’s State-controlled, tax-pay

Barack Obama, exploiting children since 2013 -- While pushing for greater gun control, President Obama exploited children to make his case. TheDC's Neil Munro reports:

"President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden revived the emotional impact of the Newtown, Conn., school massacre of 20 children to boost their campaign against 'gun violence' — and also to portray Democratic politicians as the best guardians of the nation’s vulnerable children. 'These are our kids … what we should be thinking about is our responsibility to care for them, and shield them from harm, and give them the tools they need to grow up and do everything that they’re capable of doing — not just to pursue their own dreams, but to help build this country,' he said, likely aiming his pitch at swing-voting suburban mothers who could be critical to a Democratic success in the 2014 midterm election. 'This is our first task as a society, keeping our children safe. This is how we will be judged. And their voices should compel us to change,' he declared while being flanked by children."

TheDC Morning has no problem with the president bringing up the Newtown massacre -- it's a tragic but relevant event to the gun control debate. But flanking himself with children? Revolting.

Last time I checked, the USA was still a democracy, checks and balances were still in place. Since there still is a Congress who opposes Obama, he can not be seen as dictator or tyrant, even if you do not like his politics.

BTW: You talk of "tyrants", plural. I thought Obama acts alone and is personally responsible for all the evils in your little world...

@bish66 Obama fits all of the above. He by-passes congress and does things on his own and does not follow the Constitution. Only kings, tyrants and dictators do this.

Actuall, they are all racists. Odumbo wants to be king and force all his failures onto the innocent American people. Everything he does has been done before and has been proven to be failures. His narrow mind works like if you do the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. When people disagree with him, he pulls the race card. Only racists play the race card on everything.
