Excepting the Constitution and Bill of Rights all federal laws, rules, regulations, statutes and tax regulations of over 500 words are hereby now declared and shall remain null and void. Further all federal laws, rules, regulations, statutes and tax regulations not passed by a 75% majority or higher of a duly elected legislative body are hereby now declared and shall remain null and void. Furthermore, only a duly elected legislative body shall have the right to impose any federal law, rule, regulation, statute or tax regulation, and to pass must have a 75% or greater majority; and shall be restricted to a maximum of 500 words.

The elites in the Whitehouse and Congress would never allow that to fly and remove all that power from the washington establishment. If this ever hit Washington you would finally see some real bipartisanship!

75% or greater majority? That would mean, Reps and Dems would have to play together and share their toys... Won't happen... And the US has only two parties in parliament. Imagine something like this in Italy, India or the Netherlands where you have dozens of parties. This will only work in a few countries on this Earth and I wouldn't like to live in any of them: North Korea, China, Iran...
