cnn.com — After months of criticism that he has failed to outline a specific health care reform plan, President Obama will address a joint session of Congress on Wednesday night in a speech aides say will be to the point.

At stake for the president: getting Democratic factions on board with his plan and convincing Americans of the need for health care reform.

"They will know the plan provides safety, security and stability to the millions of people that have health insurance each and every day, but watching their premiums skyrocket and double," spokesman Robert Gibbs said Wednesday on CNN's "American Morning."

"Secondly, for those who don't have health insurance, but need affordable coverage, he will lay out a plan for how people can get that, as well. He'll talk about the cost on government and why we can't afford to wait longer. We have to act now."

The white racist kkk party should be very embarrased no matter if you agree/disagree with the president.

THE MOST HATED MAN IN MASSACHUSETTS is scheduled for trial. Paul Shanley, a political radical who ministered to runaways and spoke out for gay rights in the 1970s, was once known as Boston's "street priest." By 2002, he'd become "a depraved priest," according to a Boston Globe editorial. The city's largest-circulation gay paper, Bay Windows, argued in an editorial, "He deserves whatever the criminal justice system has in store for him." And after Mass one Sunday at Boston's Jesuit Urban Center, a gay man said he could never be an impartial juror in a criminal case against Shanley: "It's just too awful." Those opinions were voiced before Shanley was arrested, charged, and indicted in June 2002 for indecent assault and battery and for child rape.

Shanley, then Father Shanley, emerged as a central figure in the Catholic sexual abuse scandal from the day The Globe launched a series of Pulitzer Prize-winning articles about the church in January 2002. No other priest has received as much high-profile national press attention. Few others have faced trial. When Shanley was released on $300,000 bail the following December, after seven months in jail, his lawyer used a body double to divert the media frenzy. When people in Provincetown on the tip of Cape Cod learned Shanley had taken up residence there, signs began appearing on lampposts, warning neighbors that a pedophile was in their midst.

I agree with James2044. To: MyObamaBiden: get a life, a job or go read or study or something and stop putting up ridiculous polls that only promote hate. everybody can see you're not using your brain. out of everything that I've read from you, you're not using anything substantial to convince anyone of your position. And your position seems to be racism towards white people. Just because a white person didn't vote for Obama, does not mean they are racist. They back up their positions, you don't. You copied and pasted a poll you created, lol. Did you know plagiarism is illegal?

Re: Specter, onetime GOP senator, says Obama...
Their is a clause in the bill JAMES2044 that states, No illegal immigrants will receive services.

Good for GWB for signing for more to come before he left office.

When workers come in this country for 6 months to work and do not return back to their country the work permit expires.

Therefore, they are now illegal.

We should then thank GWB.......IT'S THE WHITE MAN'S WAY OF NOT PAYING MINIMUM WAGE TO US. CITIZENS. (SLAVE LABOR)

WHEN WHITE CONSTRUCTION WORKERS DON'T HAVE WORK....BLAME GWB BECAUSE MEXICANS WORK FOR $8 HRLY INSTEAD OF HIRING A AMERICAN WORKER FOR $27 HRLY DOING MASON WORK.

JAMES2044 IS VERY JEALOUS OF THE BLACVK PRESIDENT IS WOULD BE HARD TO CONCLUDE OTHER.

YOU MUST BE ONE OF THE RACIST CONGRESS REPUBLICAN PIGS OR AT WORST ONE OF THEIR UNEDUCATED TEABAGGING SHEEP
