Specter, onetime GOP senator, says Obama heckler should be censured

rawstory.com — Pennsylvania's ex-Republican senator, who recently defected to the Democratic Party, said in a Twitter posting Thursday that the GOP congressman who yelled "you lie!" at President Barack Obama Wednesday should be censured.

"There ought to be a reprimand or censure of Rep. Joe Wilson to discourage that kind of conduct in the future," Specter wrote. "Rep. Wilson apologized immediately afterward but I don't think that's adequate."

Prior to Obama's speech Wednesday, Specter said he would tell Obama "emphatically that we need the public option."

After the speech, he wrote that "The President's speech was inspirational with a substantive, pragmatic blueprint for comprehensive insurance healthcare reform."

I agree that he should be censured. I have watched all of the Presidential Speeches and have never heard a president so disrespected before the world the way Joe Wilson
did. He was dispecable..If he did not agree, as a professional rep to our United States
Congress he could have withheld his applause, Not interrupt the President Obama and call him a liar..not only was America watching, but the whole world and Joe Wilson
shamed us before the world by showing his inexcusable disrespect.

Their is a clause in the bill JAMES2044 that states, No illegal immigrants will receive services.

Good for GWB for signing for more to come before he left office.

When workers come in this country for 6 months to work and do not return back to their country the work permit expires.

Therefore, they are now illegal.

We should then thank GWB.......IT'S THE WHITE MAN'S WAY OF NOT PAYING MINIMUM WAGE TO US. CITIZENS. (SLAVE LABOR)

I want plead with MyObamaBiden to do some remedial course work in all the basic subjects taught at the elementary level. I really feel you could get your I.Q. score up into the 50's if you work at it.

Oh give me a break Sen. Spector. Like you don't know that democrats had made boos and comments to Pres. Bush and that other Dems have done that before to Republican presidents. I can't stand that Dems make such a big deal when a Republican does something.
